We have a tag named utilities (a symlink to tools). It seems redundant to me. Is there a real need for it? Could someome who cares for it actually write a tag wiki for it?

Does it make sense to have both 'apt' and 'apt-get' tags?
If we have apt-get, we might as well have apt-cache and apt-cdrom. Maybe we can make these symlinks to apt?
